These two are the sweetest couple, and their day was filled with perfect details that spoke to their personalities and love for one another! From cowgirl boot centerpieces, to a paper airplane sendoff for the pilot groom, it was a wonderful wedding day! Not to mention, the stunning views and wildflowers found surrounding their venue! Jessica and Tyler incorporated their love for breweries at their September wedding in Boulder, Colorado. The Ceremony took place at the gorgeous Sunrise Amphitheater, and the day finished with a ceremony at Sanitas Brewing Company! Every detail of their day was so special, from their bride/groom gifts to one another, sweet first looks with Dad, and their brewery/hops decor sprinkled throughout the day.
For this sweet maternity session we ventured way out to the Paint Mine Interpretive Park in Colorado! These two had done photos on the beach, and photos in the mountains, so they were looking for the perfect space to capture something different, and I think this fit the bill perfectly! This is definitely a location you could wander around and get lost in for a while! I had a great time exploring it with these two, and getting to capture this special time in their lives!
Stefan and Taylor are the sweetest couple whether you have known them for ten years, or ten seconds. Their love for one another is constantly beaming, and they spread their joy to everyone who surrounds them. Their wedding day was the perfect example of this as they celebrated with their closest friends and family, and every detail seemed like the perfect fit for their day! They got married nestled in the mountains in Silverthorne, Colorado and the weather could not have been more perfect. From gorgeous "first-look" views, to making a milkshake together, to riding away in unique style, they had an amazing day! Enjoy!
Waking up long before sunrise to drive the windy roads looking for the perfect spot to watch the sun creep over the peaks is always worth it. When we saw the sun starting to rise, we all jumped out of the car to catch that gorgeous morning light. Mackenzie and Kodi run marathons with each other and scaling the mountains first thing in the morning while fully decked out in wedding attire was a breeze for them both. The idea of the shoot was to embody a mountain-adventure-loving couple who could elope on top of a mountain if that's what they had envisioned for themselves! Mackenzie rocked her vintage Priscilla of Boston lace and tulle gown and her bouquet designed by Southern Charm Wedding and Events was to die for. We are so thankful for couples who have a sense of adventure, a phenomenally talented florist, and the beautiful state of Colorado with stunning views around every curve!
Stefan and Taylor met when they were just seven years old playing soccer. (Is that the cutest start to a love story or what?!) Their long lasting friendship turned into what will be a long lasting love, and you can truly tell that they were meant for each other! Both of them grew up loving the mountains and they have a great sense of adventure, so we knew we would have to find the perfect mountain location for their engagement photos! We started their session at one of the most beautiful waterfalls and ended the day surrounded by mountain goats! (Does it get more Colorado than that? I think not!) I had so much fun with these two, and I am so excited to be photographing their wedding this month!
Dan came from Colorado, Chelsea came from California, and they met each other in Hawaii! These two have one of the sweetest relationships, and their joy is infectious to be around! Dan and Chelsea spent the last few years living in Arizona, but recently made the decision to move back to beautiful Colorado. The idea of doing a camping/adventure anniversary session to celebrate their move seemed like a perfect fit! We spent the day "setting up camp", hiking around, exploring some amazing scenery, and finished the session with s'mores by the fire!
These two are such naturals in front of the camera, and we had so much fun exploring a new location and taking photos!
